Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values lower on Choice and steady on Select on light to 
moderate demand and light offerings. Select and Choice rib and chuck cuts 
steady to firm while loin cuts weak to lower. Choice round cuts firm while 
Select weak. Beef trimmings unevenly steady on light demand and offerings.
