Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values steady on moderate demand and moderate to heavy
offerings. Select and Choice rib, round, and loin cuts steady to weak. Choice
chuck cuts higher while Select steady. Beef trimmings mostly steady to firm on
moderate demand and light offerings.
